  • Day 1 Delhi to Shimla (385 Kms/10 Hrs):

    On arrival at Delhi Airport or Railway station, you will be greeted and warmly welcomed by the Footloose Holidays representative and here begins the odyssey which takes you to Shimla, state capital of Himachal Pradesh, a state which enchants gods with its bountiful of natural beauty. On the way to Shimla, take this opportunity to visit Pinjore Gardens, so beautifully crafted and laid that it would rejuvenate and enliven your spirits. Another interesting spot and a popular tourist destination is Timber Trail where you can enjoy a cable car ride amidst the mountains adding thrill to your visit. On arrival at Shimla, check in at your pre-booked hotel where your dinner awaits you followed with a good rest for the night to enjoy the next day in this British era summer capital of the country.

  • Day 2 Shimla:

    Post the sumptuous breakfast, the following morning, brace yourself for an adventure drive till Kufri, situated around 20km ahead of Shimla, famous for its Himalayan National Park and a place which gives you your first sight of snow-laden mountains. Here you can also enjoy Pony and Yak Ride along with being one to one with nature and enjoying the panoramic view of Himalayan ranges. After lunch, it is time to enjoy sightseeing of various places in and around Shimla which includes visiting a few of historically significant places and enjoying a stroll at the Scandal Point, which is a road between the Mall road and the Ridge along with shopping for small little keepsakes or mementoes for your friends. Delicious dinner and a comfortable overnight stay at Shimla await you.

  • Day 3 Shimla to Manali (265 Kms/08 Hrs):

    Begin your day with excitement and anticipation overloaded as after your breakfast and checking out of the hotel in Shimla, you are about to begin your journey for another very popular tourist destination which has a lot to offer in the form of natural beauty and adventure sports. You are departing for Manali which though, is a long journey but promises to be a beautiful one giving you a visual treat at every turn and twist of the mountains. On the way, you get to visit Pandho Dam, a human endeavour to harness nature and use it for his benefit. This dam is built on the ever so mighty Beas River. If you wish to see a true divine intervention in keeping something so perfectly intact though it seems to be hanging from the cliff, your visit to Hanogi Mata Temple will not disappoint you. On arrival at Manali, check in at your pre-booked hotel. As tomorrow is going to be a thrilling day, enjoy your dinner and take good overnight rest.

  • Day 4 Manali (local sightseeing):

    Post your morning meal it is time to enjoy sightseeing of places in and around Manali, Like Hadimba temple built to worship Hadimba, a mythological character from Mahabharata. You can also visit Manu temple as this is the only temple where Sage Manu is worshipped. Go around and enjoy this beautiful blend of Hindu and Tibetan cultures and cuisines in Manali. Also visit Vashisht Bath, Van Vihar, Tibetan Monastery and Club House. Enjoy a relaxed evening, shopping at the local market at Mall Road. In the market enjoy Thupka, a Tibetan soup along with Momos (dimsums). Come back to the hotel where dinner and overnight stay await you.

  • Day 5 Rohtang Pass (100 Km round tour):

    The following day is going to be very enjoyable as you are taking an excursion to Rohtang Pass around 50km away from Manali, situated at an altitude of 3979 mtrs above sea level. Rohtang Pass is said to be the gateway to Lahaul and Spiti valleys. Once you climb up the pass, you will be spellbound by the beauty of mighty Himalayas that you get to see from here. Enjoy each and every moment of this memorable trip. Come back to the hotel to enjoy your dinner and overnight stay in Manali.

  • Day 6 Manali - Dharamshala (280 Kms/10 Hrs):

    It is hard to say goodbye to such amazing places but we at Footloose Holidays promise you more pleasure and more mountains. After breakfast, it is time to check out from the hotel & depart for Dharamshala. On the way you will cross Kullu Valley where you can visit Kullu Vaishno Devi Temple situated at the banks of River Beas and Kullu shawl weaving Industry. On arrival at Dharamshala, check in at your pre-assigned hotel. After freshening up, you may visit Dal lake, a mid altitude lake that would take away all the tiredness from your body as the breathtaking view is going to fill you with freshness. Come back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

  • Day 7 Dharamshala - Dalhousie (145 Kms 5 Hrs):

    Following your morning meal, visit Dalai Lama Temple, a spiritual experience that will leave you enriched with positivity. Also visit Bhagshunath temple, a medieval shrine of Lord Shiva surrounded with pools and lush green meadows. Later drive towards Dalhousie, another high altitude town boasting of beautiful location amidst Dhauladar mountain range. On arrival at Dalhousie, check in at the hotel. Freshen up and visit Mall Road where you stroll around and enjoy the hustle bustle of a hill town, along with fresh mountain air.   • Day 8 Dalhousie - Chamba - Khajjiar:

    After sumptuous breakfast at the hotel, visit Kalatop which gives one a glimpse of what heaven could look like. Greenery, fresh air and snow capped mountains to leave you spellbound. As you head towards Khajjiar, also known as India`s Mini Switzerland which is a beautiful glade with the forest at its fringes where you are welcomed by lush green and meadows. Culminate your sightseeing with going to Chamba town to visit a few temples. Enjoy a relaxed evening meal at the hotel along with overnight stay in Dalhousie.

  • Day 9 Dalhousie - Chandigarh (280 Kms/10 Hrs):

    Next morning awaits you with a new promise as it is time to check out from the hotel, after your breakfast and depart for Chandigarh. Chandigarh, also known as City Beautiful is the 1st planned modern city of India, designed by the French architect Le Corbusier. It is the city which you fall in love at the first sight and you cannot have enough of it. On arrival at Chandigarh, check in at your pre-booked hotel and enjoy your dinner as well as the overnight stay at the hotel.

  • Day 10 Chandigarh - Delhi (250 Kms/05 Hrs):

    Post breakfast, it is time to check out from the hotel, but before departing for Delhi, visit Rose Garden an iconic garden with various species of roses to boast of. In the list of ‘must visit’, you cannot miss Rock Garden which has become one of the major landmarks of the city as it has left the whole world amazed with the work of art displayed in such a novel and unique fashion. Situated close by is Beautiful Sukhna Lake that is a serene getaway in itself proving to be a great stress buster for the city dwellers. Depart for Delhi, where you will be dropped at Railway station / Airport for your journey homewards.
