The heritage hotel Shiv Niwas is a beautiful fusion of royal hospitality and modern amenities. Its construction was started in 1874 and got completed in 1884. It was Maharana Sajjan Shambhu Singh who laid its foundation. It was completed by his successor Maharana Fateh Singh.
