Day 1: Amritsar
Upon arrival in Amritsar, the tour manager of Footloose Holidays will receive you and transfer you to the pre-booked hotel. Check into the hotel and freshen up for the first visit to Golden Temple. This is one of the most sacred pilgrimage destinations in Sikhism. People of every faith from all over the world visit this sacred shrine. Within walking distance of the Golden Temple complex, you will see Jallianwala Bagh, where hundreds of people were massacred by General Dyer. Pay homage to the people who lost their lives. Enjoy the street delicacies and try Lassi. Later return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Amritsar Sightseeing and Attari Wagah Border Visit
Have your breakfast in the hotel and get ready for the Amritsar sightseeing tour. Today, you will visit the Attari Wagah Border. Start your day by visiting the Partition Museum. Have a glimpse of the history and remember the innocent people who lost their homes and loved ones during partition. Explore the nearby markets and enjoy lunch (at your cost). Later, in the second half of the day, visit Attari Wagah Border for the flag-lowering ceremony. Since the seats fill up fast in the pavilion, you will have to leave early to capture the best seats. After the ceremony, shop for souvenirs. Enjoy an authentic Punjabi dinner in a restaurant (at your own cost), or you can have your dinner in the hotel itself. Overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 3: Amritsar Departure
Have your breakfast and check out of the hotel. The Footloose Holidays’ tour representative will drop you off at the airport or railway station for your onward journey. Tour Ends!
