• Day 1: Arrival in Copenhagen, Denmark

  Welcome to Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark, on your tour “Best of Scandinavia”. Upon arrival at Copenhagen Airport, clear customs and collect your luggage. A Footloose Holidays representative will warmly welcome you and transfer you to your pre-booked hotel by a private car. Check into your hotel. Freshen up and enjoy some time to rest and acclimate. Later in the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner at a local Danish restaurant, where you can savor traditional Scandinavian cuisine. Thereafter, take a leisurely stroll around the hotel’s surroundings. • Day 2: Copenhagen Orientation Tour

  Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel. Embark on a comprehensive orientation tour of Copenhagen. Visit the Little Mermaid, a famous bronze statue inspired by Hans Christian Andersen’s fairy tale. Then, proceed to Amalienborg Palace. It’s the winter residence of the Danish Royal Family. Also, visit the Christianborg Palace, the seat of the Danish Parliament. Later, visit the iconic 17th-century waterfront, Nyhavn. Enjoy its colorful townhouses and historic ships.

  In the afternoon, enjoy some free time to explore Copenhagen at your own pace. You can visit the Tivoli Gardens (if open). • Day 3: Copenhagen - Stockholm, Sweden

  After an early breakfast, check out of the hotel in Copenhagen, Denmark. Our representative will transfer you to Copenhagen Central Station. Here, you will board a high-speed train to Stockholm, Sweden. Enjoy the spectacular views of the Scandinavian countryside during the train journey. Upon arrival at Stockholm Central Station in Sweden, our representative will transfer you to your hotel. Freshen up and spend some time resting. Enjoy dinner at a restaurant near your hotel. • Day 4: Stockholm City Tour & Drottningholm Palace Cruise

  Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel. Thereafter, embark on an exhilarating sightseeing tour to explore the city of Stockholm, the Venice of the North. Proceed to Gamla Stan (Old Town). Wander through the narrow, cobbled streets and discover the Royal Palace, Stockholm Cathedral, and Stortorget, the oldest square. Then, visit the Vasa Museum. You will have an excellent opportunity to see here the remarkably preserved 17th-century warship that sank on its maiden voyage.

  In the afternoon, board a one-way cruise to Drottningholm, the private residence of the Swedish royal family. Treat your eyes with the fantastic views of the Stockholm archipelago and the palace from the water while cruising. Upon arrival, spend your time viewing the exterior of Drottningholm Palace. • Day 5: Stockholm - Karlstad, Sweden - Oslo, Norway

  Check out of the hotel after having your breakfast. Take a scenic drive from Sweden to Norway. It will be approximately an 8-hour drive with many beautiful stops. First, stop in Karlstad, the 20th largest city in Sweden. Enjoy the charming city on the shores of Lake Vänern. Take a break and grab your lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, continue your drive towards the Norwegian border and on to Oslo, Norway’s capital. You will reach Oslo in the evening. Upon arrival, our representative will transfer you to your pre-booked hotel. Check in, freshen up, and relax. Enjoy dinner at the hotel or a nearby restaurant. • Day 6: Railway Tour from Flåm to Myrdal, Norway - Geilo, Norway

  Enjoy a delicious breakfast and check out of the hotel in Oslo. Embark on a scenic drive to Flåm, a village nestled at the end of a dramatic fjord. Experience one of the world’s most beautiful railway journeys: the Flåm Railway. This incredible train ride from Flåm to Myrdal climbs 867 meters in just 20 kilometers. Enjoy breathtaking views of waterfalls, steep mountains, and lush valleys.

  Arrive in Myrdal in the late afternoon and take a short orientation tour. Then, continue your journey by road to reach Geilo, a beautiful mountain resort town in Norway. Check into your hotel. • Day 7: Geilo - Fjord Cruise from Flam to Gudvangen - Bergen, Norway

  Have a very hearty breakfast and check out of the hotel. Then, drive to Flåm for the famous fjord cruise. Board a ferry for a spectacular Fjord Cruise from Flåm to Gudvangen. This cruise will take you through the Nærøyfjord, a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the narrowest and most beautiful fjords in the world, with towering cliffs and stunning waterfalls. Arrive in Gudvangen and continue by road towards Bergen. The drive is approximately 4 hours, winding through Norway’s stunning landscape. • Day 8: Transfer from Bergen to Oslo, Norway (Approx. 7 Hours drive)

During the journey, you will have the opportunity to see some of Norway’s most spectacular scenery, such as mountains, valleys, and forests. Enjoy a packed lunch on the way. Upon arrival in Oslo in the late afternoon, our representative will transfer you to your pre-booked hotel. Freshen up and relax. Spend the rest of the time at leisure. • Day 9: Oslo Sightseeing - Overnight Cruise to Copenhagen, Denmark

  Take your breakfast at the hotel and then embark on a sightseeing tour of Oslo. Visit the Vigeland Sculpture Park. This unique park showcases the work of Gustav Vigeland, with over 200 sculptures in bronze, granite, and wrought iron. Then, proceed to Holmenkollen Ski Jump, a modern landmark with a panoramic view of the city. After that, visit the Royal Palace to see the official residence of the Norwegian monarch.
