Itinerary Details

• Day 1: Arrival in Johannesburg

  Upon arrival in Johannesburg, South Africa, you will be welcomed by the tour representative of Footloose Holidays. He will transfer you to the pre-booked hotel. Check in and relax. Either spend the day at leisure or explore the town on your own. If you are a wildlife lover, visit the Johannesburg Zoo houses over 320 species. Also, visit the Nelson Mandela Bridge before returning to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

• Day 2: Transfer to Hazyview

  Have your breakfast and check out of the hotel. Our tour representative will transfer you to Hazyview, a sub-tropical town near Kruger National Park. Upon arrival, check in and spend the day at leisure. Later, you can embark on thrilling activities, like a quad-biking adventure. This will be a scenic journey that takes you along rugged trails through verdant forests and rolling hills. Return to the hotel in the evening to have a well-deserved rest.

• Day 3: Full Day Game Drive at Kruger National Park

  After enjoying a hearty breakfast at the hotel, embark on a full-day game drive at Kruger National Park, which is one of the largest national parks in Africa. There you will witness the Big 5—Elephant, Leopard, Buffalo, Rhino, and Lion. The park boasts more than 500 bird species, 100 reptiles & a stunning diversity of flora. During safari, you can even enjoy at the rest-camps for a meal (at your own cost). You will be driven back to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

• Day 4: Sunset Safari at Kruger National Park

  Enjoy a traditional breakfast at the hotel and get ready for a sunset safari at Kruger National Park. This will be an adventure trip for adventurous couples. Under the golden hues of sunset, you will spot iconic wildlife such as lions, elephants, and giraffes. Besides, the scenic landscapes with baobab trees and meandering rivers provide a captivating backdrop to spot animals. • Day 5: Transfer to Cape Town

  After breakfast, check out of the hotel. Our tour representative will drive you to Nelspruit Airport, where you will board your flight to Cape Town. Upon arrival, the Footloose Holidays tour representative will pick you up and transfer you straight to the hotel. Check in and relax. Spend the day at leisure or explore the city on your own. Visit the Heart of Cape Town Museum. And, take a ferry (extra cost) from the V&A Waterfront to Robben Island, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where Nelson Mandela spent 18 years in prison. Later, return to your hotel by evening for dinner and a well-deserved rest.

• Day 6: Cape Town Sightseeing Tour

  After enjoying a hearty breakfast at the hotel, embark on a city tour of Cape Town. Explore the main attractions and top things to do in Cape Town, such as the Castle of Good Hope, Bo-Kaap, the District Six Museum, and the iconic DHL Stadium, renowned for hosting the 2010 FIFA World Cup. Next, visit the V&A Waterfront. Make your romantic trip even more memorable by enjoying the rotating aerial cableway (extra cost) up to Table Mountain for breathtaking views of Cape Town and the Atlantic Ocean. Our tour representative will drive you back to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

• Day 7: Cape Peninsula Sightseeing Tour

  Today, you will embark on a tour of the Cape Peninsula. You will begin with a scenic boat ride from Hout Bay to Seal Island. Then continue to Cape Point and the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. Next, visit Boulders Beach to see the adorable African Penguins. At Cape Point, take the Flying Dutchman Funicular to the top and enjoy the breathtaking view from the top. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

• Day 8: Cape Town Departure

  Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the hotel and spend your day at leisure. The tour representative of Footloose Holidays will drop you off at the Cape Town International Airport to board your flight for your onward journey.
