Itinerary Details

• Day 1: Arrival in Cape Town

  Upon arrival in Cape Town, you will be warmly welcomed and greeted by the tour representative of Footloose Holidays. He will take you to your hotel. Check in and relax. Spend the day at leisure or explore the town on your own. Overnight stay in Cape Town.

• Day 2: Full-Day Cape Peninsula Tour

  Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the hotel and embark on a scenic full-day tour of the Cape Peninsula. You will enjoy a boat ride from Hout Bay to Seal Island. You will enjoy a breathtaking drive along Chapman’s Peak. Continue to Simon’s Town and visit the famous African Penguin colony at Boulders Beach. Then, ride the Flying Dutchman Funicular to the lighthouse at Cape Point, located in the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. Click some pictures before returning to your hotel in Cape Town. Dinner and overnight stay in the hotel.

• Day 3: Cape Town City Tour

  Have your breakfast in the hotel and get ready to embark on a city tour of Cape Town. Explore the famous landmarks of the town, like the Castle of Good Hope, Company Gardens, District Six, Greenmarket Square, and drive past the Parliament House and City Hall. Enjoy a cable ride to the top of Table Mountain for a panoramic view of the town and the Atlantic Ocean. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

• Day 4: Transfer to George

  Start your day relishing a traditional breakfast with local flavours at the hotel and check out. Our tour representative will transfer you to George. En route, you will enjoy the scenic Garden Route via Hermanus. Upon arrival in George, you will be transferred to the hotel. Check in and relax. Overnight stay in George.

• Day 5: Day Trip to Oudtshoorn

  Enjoy a hearty breakfast and drive to Oudtshoorn, known as the ‘Feather Capital of the World’ for its ostrich farms. You will visit the Cango Cave, famous for its natural rock formation, and the Ostrich Farm to see the fascinating birds. End your day trip by visiting the Cango Wildlife Ranch, home to Cheetahs, Crocodiles, and Lemurs. Overnight stay in George.

• Day 6: Bloukrans Bridge Adventure

  After having your breakfast at the hotel, head on a scenic drive to the Bloukrans Bridge. It is the world’s highest commercial bungee jumping point. Experience the ultimate adrenaline thrill by trying bungee jumping here (extra cost). You can even stroll along the bridge and watch the jumps.

• Day 7: Fly to Johannesburg - Transfer to Sun City

  After breakfast, check out of the hotel. Our tour representative will drive you to the George Airport to fly to Johannesburg. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by our tour representative, who will escort you to Sun City. Check into the hotel and relax. Spend your day exploring the main attractions of Sun City, including the Valley of Waves waterpark. Overnight stay in Sun City.

• Day 8: Safari Adventure at Pilanesberg National Park

  Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and head to the nearby Pilanesberg National Park for an unforgettable game drive. This popular national park is home to the famous Big Five (lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino), as well as over 7,000 animals and 300 bird species. You will enjoy the safari and the beautiful surroundings. Return to the hotel for a cozy sleep. Overnight stay in Sun City.

• Day 9: Transfer to Johannesburg - Orientation City Tour

  After breakfast, check out of the hotel. You will be transferred to South Africa’s largest city, Johannesburg. Enjoy the scenic tour, passing by key landmarks, cultural sites, and vibrant neighborhoods. Upon arrival, check into the hotel and indulge in last-minute shopping or just relax in the hotel. Overnight stay in Johannesburg.

• Day 10: Departure from Johannesburg

  Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the hotel before checking out. A Footloose Holidays representative will transfer you to O.R. Tambo International Airport for your flight back home. The tour ends here!
